3rd Ward, a 20,000 sq. ft. multi-arts mega space for creative professionals, is offering HUGE discounts to all Freelancers Union members! We are a member-based organization owned, operated and supported by artists.  Our facilities include an 840 sq. ft. photo studio, professional wood and metal shop, fully loaded digital media lab, and a 1200 sq. ft. art gallery.  3rd Ward also offers shared office space, bench space, and multi-disciplinary continuing education. Our classes, intensives and FREE workshops range from design to fabrication and photography to professional development. 

3rd Ward is committed to helping artists further their careers and creative projects by providing a space where resources, tools, and a creative community are all within arm’s reach. Programmers, designers, architects, sculptors, wood/metal workers, photographers, video editors and more all call 3rd Ward home.  Members have access to all of our facilities from 8 am to midnight weekdays and 9 am to midnight weekends.

SPACE

Shared Office Space
For just $550 ($100 discount) a month get a large work space with an “I Heart Brooklyn Membership” included, granting you FREE classes and unlimited access to our space. Also included in all office space rentals are: reception services, a common waiting area, T1 connection/wireless Internet, private mailboxes, furniture (if desired), easy access to loading dock and event opportunities.

Private & Semi-Private Bench Space in our Wood & Metal Shop
Starting at just $350/month ($100 discount) get a large workspace in our 10,000 sq. ft. wood and metal shop.
