Download and bring a copy of your membership verification letter to a membership advisor at one of the clubs listed below. Speak to a membership advisor to learn about the appropriate membeship level for you. Once you have selected your membership level, send a check made payable to Freelancers Union for the full amount of the year-long membership to: Christina Buchanan; Freelancers Union; 20 Jay St.; Suite 700; Brooklyn, NY 11201. Memberships must be pre-paid for an entire year. Once your payment has been received by Freelancers Union, your Equinox membership advisor will activate your membership.
