The plans we offer through Golden Rule and UnitedHealthcare's other affiliates are individual market plans, which means that you'll deal directly with the insurance company for everything from application to paying your monthly premium and checking up on claims. Freelancers Union doesn't have any eligibility requirements for the plans through Golden Rule, but, depending on the rules in your state, rates and coverage can vary based on your medical history.
