About the Plan
As with other POS plans, you will designate one doctor who will be your primary care physician (PCP) who will coordinate all of your in-network medical care. Unlike many other POS plans, you will not be required to get referrals for specialist visits. Coverage includes doctor and specialist visits, prescription drugs, as well as hospitalization and emergency room services. Out-of-network medical care is subject to a deductible and coinsurance.
