PPO health insurance and other benefits for the self-employed

Sign up for access to a comprehensive suite of benefits

This program brings you a suite of benefits you can't get on your own. Eligible independent contractors and small business owners can access national PPO coverage with premium networks and other benefits tailored to their business.
You can enroll in this program throughout the year.

Your freelance business must be able to support a monthly payroll of about $2,400/month. The majority of this will pay for benefits, taxes, and fees, and some will come back to you as personal income. Fill out the form below to speak with one of our partner's experts, who will design the right package for you.

How It Works

  • Hire our partner Central Staff Services, a Professional Employer Organization, as your outsourced HR department and set up monthly payroll
  • As a member of the PEO, you will have access to a suite of benefits, including health insurance, workers comp, and disability insurance
  • Bear in mind that PPO health insurance may be more expensive than the plans that are available on the individual market
